Jasmy is a company founded by the former Sony president and senior management team, which have rich market and professional background. Mr. Morita , the responsible person of Sony FeliCa, a famous contactless chip encryption technology in Japan, has directly participated in the research and development of Jasmy project.
Mr. Morita is a senior strategist in the field of security technology of Sony Computer Science Laboratories and he believes that DC power system is more conducive to the production, transmission, storage and consumption of renewable power. Therefore, he is fully advocating the use of direct current. At present, he is studying how to reduce the risk caused by electric shock and voltaic arc, and trying to apply this technology to existing electrical equipment. He invented a technology that enables a single device to transmit a specified amount of power to a specified device with high precision. Mr. Morita firmly believes that in the future, the value of electricity will be reflected in the form of “electricity points”. Therefore, these functions cannot be separated from advanced privacy protection and security protection functions. Using the experience of developing FeliCa, Mr. Morita is trying to develop a system that can not only protect users’ safety, but also promote energy conservation and environmental protection.

Chairman Kunitake Ando has always had innovative spirit in Sony era, and has rich experience including establishing personal laptop brand “VAIO” and developing life insurance business. Director Sato has a keen insight into the market and rich experience in market research and scale-up. Yasushi Yoshida , deputy director, has been engaged in research and development work of large enterprises all the year round, and has served as the responsible person and management cadre. As a recognized accountant, CFO Harada Koshi is proficient in corporate compliance and financial accounting, and has rich insights on IPO in particular.
